Last night in Kuala Lumpur.

When I was abroad solo traveling last year, I've never gone out at night (except in Singapore) because my mom said it's dangerous for me to roam around alone since I was still a minor anyway. But when I arrived in Malaysia from Jeju Island, it was 8 pm and I had to take a 10 pm train to get to the apartment I'm staying in for the night. Instead of taking the 10 pm train though, that takes me directly to a stop that's only a few minutes walk to my accommodation, I decided to hop on and off trains connected because I didn't want to wait for another hour for the direct train. It was very interesting for me as I realize that I was alone at night at that time. I had many thoughts while I was on the train but at the same time, I was feeling accomplished because it's a first for me to be out that late in Malaysia. Realizations Learned from Solo Travelling

Solo travelling or travelling in general is dangerous. But it depends to the traveler if he or she wants to believe that. Some may experience bad things and some may love their trip. As for me, I enjoyed exploring the countries I went and had learned a lot of values and thoughts.  And I’ve never encountered any danger during the duration of my trip. You can never say this country, or that country, is dangerous and not safe for female solo travelers unless you yourself experience going to these country and experiencing it alone. Travelling is one way of knowing things yourself and discovering the art of the world without using the internet. You should never let Internet satisfy you. Yes, some will be definitely true but not everybody are the same. Our thoughts and opinions will differ from each other and by that, you should have your own too, through actual experience, by far would be the best.  Every country has its story and just by walking down the streets or eating at s...

Lakbay Sanaysay

Paglalakbay sa Asya Abril 2019, nilakasan ko ang aking loob at naglakbay mag-isa patungo sa ibat-ibang bansa sa Asya. Ito ay naging isang malaking hamon para saakin na nag-iwan ng mahahalagang aral tungkol sa reyalidad na nasa labas ng ating bansang Pilipinas. Inumpisahan ko sa Singapore patungong Malaysia, Vietnam at sa mga karatig nitong bansang Myanmar, at Thailand. Iisang kontinente man, maraming pagkakaiba parin ang mapapansin mo sa mga bansang ito. Nagtataasan at naggagandahang mga imprastraktura na ibang iba sa makikita mo rito sa Pilipinas. Kagaya ng Marina Bay Sands sa Singapore, ang Petronas Twin Towers sa Malaysia at mga templong naglalakihan sa Thailand. Samu’t saring mga lahi at rasa rin ang nakakasalamuha mo araw-araw.
